Why PowerPool AI?
At ES Kariyer, we have been working with hundreds of companies across Turkey for 10 years, building deep field experience and a strong talent network in inclusive employment.
We wanted to deliver this expertise to more companies, much faster. That’s when we turned to artificial intelligence. Our goal was to transfer our 10 years of experience into an AI system, empowering every company to easily handle what our consulting team does on their own.
And that’s how PowerPool AI was born! Every day, new candidate resumes continue to be added to PowerPool through interviews conducted by our consultants.
Designed Together, Developed Together
While developing PowerPool AI, our top priority was understanding the needs of real users. In line with this, we held workshops with the Human Resources teams of our partner companies to jointly evaluate recruitment challenges, expectations, and the solutions needed for future talent acquisition.
The insights gained from these sessions guided many of our platform's enhancements — from user experience and AI-powered matching algorithms to filtering structures and reporting features.
